HR Specialist

Job Objective

The HR Specialist will primarily be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of training, onboarding, performance appraisal, and HR system administration.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Training:

-Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.

-Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and design customized training modules.

-Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.

-Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Onboarding:

-Develop and execute a structured onboarding program for new hires to ensure a smooth assimilation into the organization.

-Coordinate with hiring managers to create onboarding schedules and provide necessary resources and materials.

-Conduct orientation sessions, communicate company policies, and facilitate new hire introductions.

-Collect feedback and continuously improve the onboarding process based on employee experiences.

Performance Appraisal:

-Manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

-Collaborate with managers to ensure accurate and timely completion of performance evaluations.

-Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on the performance appraisal process.

-Analyze performance data and identify trends or areas for improvement.

HR System Administration:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for HR system-related inquiries and support.

-Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR system, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes.

-Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

-Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve system issues and implement system enhancements.

HR Operations:

-Support HR operational activities, including employee record management, documentation, and compliance.

-Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee data maintenance.

-Coordinate employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.

-Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to by employees.

Qualifications (Education & Work Experience)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Language: Excellent English

Computer: Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite

Job Duties & Responsibilities

SR. DevOps Engineer

Job Objective

You will be primarily working on building enterprise containers solutions that involve Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing design and implementation expertise on Kubernetes for the DevSecOps solutions that are being built in the cloud. You will be providing guidance for design and architecture of Kubernetes clusters at a massive scale for the client organization. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Have in-depth, hands-on experience building platforms at scale for containerized workloads, particularly leveraging Kubernetes, including cluster provisioning, operations, workload optimization, custom controllers/operators, workflow orchestration, logging monitoring, security, and troubleshooting. 
  2. Detailed understanding of core concepts for Kubernetes APIs and cluster architecture, as well as services and networking. 
  3. Hands on experience with Ingress of Nginx DevOps tools: Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, Docker Network and security management for hybrid environment Cloud Architect Certification on Multi Cloud Platforms. 
  4. Familiarity with Deploying Kubernetes Operators with RBAC for one or more of the following using Helm or Ansible: 
  5. EFK stack: Elasticsearch, Fluentd/FluentBit and Kibana
